Elizabeth BOURGINE

Élizabeth Clémentine Madeleine Bourgine (born 20 March 1957 in Levallois-Perret, Hauts-de-Seine) is a French actress, appearing in film, television and theater. She is credited with more than 60 roles in film and television, mostly French productions. She studied at l'école nationale des beaux-arts.
Her big breakthrough was being cast as Gin Tonic in Nesta Burma, Detective de Choc. The film which starred Jane Birkin and Michel Serrault was directed by Elizabeth's husband Jean-Luc Miesch. He also directed the film Des Hommes de Conviction, in which Elizabeth played Liso Vego.
Elizabeth Bourgine's most notable television appearance has been her recurring role in Death in Paradise, in which she first appeared in 2011. In Death in Paradise she plays Catherine Bordey.
